5 months down 5 to go!

Yes Devin and I are expecting a baby girl in August. We are more than excited! We found out we were pregnant December 7, it was our 4 month anniversary and surprise were pregnant! I was going to plan this big surprise for Devin, make him dinner with all the food relating to baby or small. For example baby back ribs, baby carrots, drink out of small cups use small plates. It was going to be amazing! But for those who know me, I can't keep big news to myself. I called him 2 minutes after I found out. I couldn't even wait an hour! We were going to wait until I started to show to tell anyone else and two weeks later we told his family and then during Christmas we told my family! I did tell my sister Jordan the next day, only because I wanted someone else besides Devin and I to know! But it was okay both families are so excited! It will be the 5th grandchild on Devin's side, and the second granddaughter! And it will be the 2nd grandchild on my families side! Trevor and Ashlee are due in June and they are having a little boy! My mom is finally getting grandkids and 2 within 2 months! So she is already buying baby clothes and getting ready for little grandkids running around! We have a name picked out already for our little girl! We are thinking Paislyn Lanae Billman! I know its adorable! Right now we are set on that, but it might change in the next couple of months! The pregnancy is going great so far! I was a little sick in the beginning but I felt blessed that it was not worst! We got an ultrasound at 19 1/2 weeks and our girl is healthy and growing fast! I bought my first maternity clothes last week, and I was so excited about that!! But Devin and I feel so blessed to be having a little girl to welcome into our home! She is due August 15, only a week after our 1 year anniversary! So life is moving at a pretty fast speed for us! But were loving every minute of our happily ever after!

Always and Forever

So the day finally came! Friday August 7, had finally arrived. Devin picked me up at my brothers at around 10. And then we were off to the Logan Temple, were there, we would be married for time and all eternity. It turned out to be the perfect day. The sun was out, no clouds in the sky, no wind it was great! We were married at 12:45 that afternoon, and I couldn't believe we were finally married. We had so many family and friends there, which made it even more special. After the Temple, we went to a church house and had our luncheon. It was amazing. Devin's Mom and family did a great job with the food and decorating. The colors were bright, the decorations were adorable, and the food was fantastic. After the luncheon we were off to our honeymoon. We spent the night there in Logan, and then went on to Mack's Inn and Jackson Hole and then made our way slowly to Colorado. It was a long ride, but worth spending a week with one another. Both receptions turned out great. Families and friends helped out so much to make both nights very memorable. All and all, the stress and hard work payed off. Now Devin and I are off to start our long lives together!!

One Month Down!!!

Yes, Devin and I have been married a month now! I can't believe it! I feel like it has flown by. Things are going great for us though. Married life is a blast!! We love every minute of it. Devin is working full-time plus some, for a guy here in Rigby. He leaves the house by 7:20 every morning and does not get back until after 6 most nights. He enjoys it, but I'm no fan! Only because I'm stuck at home all day, looking for jobs, and cleaning and well lets just say I get really bored. Our apartment has come together really well though. We have frames up now, and there are pictures of really happy people in them, although we don't know them. Haha we haven't printed off our wedding pictures yet so we just have to look at other people for awhile. But other than that married life here in Rigby has been great!!!

One Month to Go!

So Devin and I have 13 more days until we get married! We are getting very excited! We found an apartment in Rigby! Its a two bedroom apartment and we love it. I can't wait to make it our own! I think we have found everything we need to furnish it. We got a washer and dryer today, and last week we got a table. Its a really cute table and it matches great with our furniture. We will pick up our love seat and sofa on Thursday! Hopefully the carpet in our new apartment will be clean by then so that we can move them in. Things seem to be coming together so fast, we have been blessed so much in the last 3 months!

April 24, 2009 The Engagement!

Yup, as you can see I Devin and my fiance Randi got engaged on April 24, 2009! And she said yes, can you believe it? We are getting married August 7 in the Logan Utah Temple. Randi and I met back in February when she moved into a new apartment that happend to be my F.H.E. sisters apartment. We began dating a few weeks later, and have been together almost everyday since. Randi is from Manassa Colorado, and currently works at Albertsons as a checker. I work construction for Duffin construction out of Rexburg and have been for the last year. I have been home 2 1/2 years now from my mission to Spokane Washington. I have just been working and going to school since than. I am currently working on my 3rd year of school at BYU-Idaho in the Construction Management department. Life is going way good for me and I have no complaints.
