We have been without internet for a few months so I haven't been able to update on our lives. Paislyn as you can see just keeps getting cuter and cuter. She is one now, and I can't believe it. Devin got a job in Salt Lake and starts work on Monday. We have just moved to Herriman, Utah, and found a great little apartment for now. We have a perfect view, I feel like I'm back in Colorado, our our balcony you can't see any other houses or apartments; just mountains! We are really hoping we can call Utah our home for a little while.
Well Paislyn's Birthday was really fun to plan, and she had a blast with the cake! You can't till by the picture but she was wearing a pink and green tutu and she was so darn cute!
Her cake that she ate all by herself. She didn't even get half way done with it, but it ended up in her toes hair, and everywhere else imaginable.
Cupcakes for the party guests! Thanks to my mom and Jordan for helping so much with it all, and for making the long trip to attend!
So Paislyn on Spaghetti night! I said "say cheese" and this is what I got! The cutest thing ever!
Paislyn was a ladybug for Halloween. She was so excited! We went to Grandma Davenports house first, and when she put the candy in her bucket she got the biggest surprise look on her face. And after that she was a pro, and loved getting more and more candy.
I know all I talk about is Paislyn, but can you blame me she is so stinkin cute!

She is doing it! Paislyn is walking. It is so crazy how much she has grown. This past year has just flown by. She is no longer our little cuddly baby! *tear* She is in everything and anything. The other day I was in the back doing my hair and she crawls into the bathroom covered in squash. I ran into the kitchen, I was convinced that she had broken a bottle of baby food and there was going to be glass all over the place. But to my surprise the little stinker somehow opened a brand new can of baby food, that was in her diaper bag. What a mess that was. She just looked at me with that cute little smile and giggled. I couldn't be mad, I just had to laugh. That will be the last time I leave baby food in the diaper bag.
We took her camping for the first time this weekend. It was a lot of fun. I was worried that she wouldn't sleep well, but she slept better then me and Devin.
Such a mess! Bug spray, layered with mud, layered with sunscreen, layered with more dirt. She was one messing baby.
Well we are back in Rexburg. Devin is enjoying his job, and I'm so happy that he is. We are excited to be back in the area. I'm so excited to see how things will turn out! We are looking for a place to buy, which is so exciting. We will probably get in a smaller older home for now, but it will be fun to have our own place, that we can call ours.

Just for Grandma!
So Grandma Holden called me today and wanted more pictures of Paislyn. So this post is for you Grandma! When Mom and Dad came to visit we went to River Front Park again to ride the carousel. Grandma and Paislyn, and Ashlee and Collin went for a ride. Paislyn loves riding it, she just smiles the whole time.We were waiting in the car for Mom and Jordan to come out of Sally's and Paislyn was playing with all the gadgets in the car. She learned how to turn on the wipers, and used the spray. We would turn down the music and a second later she was turning it up and dancing. And then a second later she would turn it up more. She likes her music loud!
The falls at River Front Park in Spokane.
A couple weeks ago we went to the park with Trevor and Ashlee. Its always a Kodak moment with these two!
She looks so big in this picture! Can you believe she will be 11 months in just a few weeks?
Paislyn in daddy's hat!
Grandpa's boots! I love this picture so much!
There you go Grandma, I hope these will do! We miss you and love you more then you know! xoxo

Sun is shining. Weather is sweet. Make you wanna move your feet!
On Thursday, Devin had the day off, so we were able to go to River Front Park in Spokane. It is pretty much the coolest park I have ever been to. They had lots of sculptures, and different things to look at. The first thing we saw when we walked into the park, were these running sculptures. So what else would we do but take pictures.
They had a big Carousel that was so great! They had the place to enter your coins and get a ticket. Then when you were on the carousel they had rings that you would try to grab and if you got a brass ring you got a free ride. The other ones you would toss at a target while moving. It was really cool. So Travis took Paislyn on her first carousel ride. Anything that goes in a continual circle is off limits for me. So Travis took her and they had a lot of fun.

Look how happy she looks with her uncle Travis!
Also at this park they had a huge red wagon. On the back of the wagon was a net to climb up. Then there was a walk way across the wagon to the front. Then, what would be the handle of the wagon, was a slide.
Paislyn and Dad on the wagon slide!
Look how cute! One of my favorites!!!
Devin bought the coolest bike. We love riding it around our neighborhood. Paislyn enjoys it as well!
Needless to say I was a wreck while Devin was taking her for a ride. But he did really good with her, she seemed to really like the ride as well.
Summer is already starting out to be wonderful. But its just beginning so more pictures and stories to come.

April showers bring May flowers!
Well as you can see Paislyn is growing so much, and is learning new things everyday. She loves to get into things and make messes. She has me on my toes all day.
The weather is still on and off, but for the most part, we are having a lot more warm days then stormy days. We are staring to enjoy parks, and barbeque's, along with hanging out in the yard.Jordan came to visit us for a few weeks, and while I was in the kitchen cleaning, Jordan dressed up Paislyn. She put every headband and every flower that we have on her head. It was the cutest thing I have ever seen.
And the back
Easter weekend we had a barbeque with Trevor and Ashlee. Paislyn was concerned about the grass at first. But it didn't take her long to wondered off the blanket.
One night Devin was out barbequing and Paislyn wanted to be outside with her Daddy.
We are having so much fun watching Paislyn grow and learn new things. Devin has been so busy with work, but he does have a few days off during the week to spend time with us. He really enjoys his job. And I enjoy everyday that I have to spend with Paislyn. She is so much fun!

This week has been a pretty big one for Paislyn! Sunday afternoon I realized that her two bottom teeth had broke through. Little stinker wouldn't let me see them, I could only feel them. But they are there. She was pretty fussy for the first two nights, but other then that she did awesome!! She has also been getting really fast at army crawling, but on Tuesday night around 10:30 she started to crawl. I just want to point out that she should have been sleeping. Crazy crazy girl! Now I can't keep up with her, she is all over the place. Picking up this and playing with that. Life was a lot more relaxed when all she wanted to do was sleep and cuddle with mom.

I Stand All Amazed
Devin and I were talking the other night about how blessed we are. I see the Lords hand in my life every single day. Since we have been married (year and 1/2) the Lord has blessed us spiritually, emotionally, financially, physically and most importantly Paislynly!! At times I feel like I don't deserve it, but it just goes to show how much the Lord really does love us. My favorite hymn says it best, "I stand all amazed at the love Jesus offers me.." Of course my biggest blessing has been my wonderful husband and beautiful daughter. 2 years ago I would have never imagined being this happy and this blessed. The Lord knows me so well he knew he had to send me the best of the best. Thank heavens for the Gospel and knowledge we have of eternal families.

We made it 7 months
I have to say she is the cutest girl I know!! Yes, she is also growing hair
finally. She is just so blonde that its hard to see it. She has the biggest blue eyes, and everywhere we go she gets compliments. She weighs 18 pounds now, and the last time we went to the doctors we learned some news. The doctor asked me, "has anyone ever told you she has a big head?" No one has ever told me that, even her old doctor never said anything. She then figured out the % and she is over 100%. So I guess she has a big head, just like her daddy! :)
So our move to Post Falls has been good. We are finally settled in and we are enjoying it. Its a lot different then what I'm used to, but it will be a great experience for our family. Devin enjoys his job and what he is doing. He works so hard and we appreciate all he does for us.
